Bookings


To make your booking, the first step is to check our availability. You can do this by contacting us:

  • Email: Send us an email at em@poleplay.com.au. Be sure to supply the details of the date/s you are interested in checking our availability for – as well as your name and contact details.
  • Phone us on 1300 85 90 87 or 0424 514 014 (24/7)

We will respond to you promptly.

The booking is confirmed when we receive your payment. To pay, you can:

  • Transfer the sum directly, through internet banking, to our account at the National Bank, Pole play Enterprises, BSB 082-057, account number 58-520-6687
  • Send us a cheque (signed) or a money order payable to Pole play Enterprises at the following address: Po Box 788, Darlinghurst, NSW 1300.”

As soon as we receive your payment, we’ll send you a confirmation mail with your booking details and our guarantee. And your party leader/instructor will give you a call.


Refund policy

The $200 deposit is 100% refundable up to 15 days prior to the party. Cancellation within 14 days of the party will result in a $200 fee. However, we'll do our best to accommodate you in case of cancellation and offer to reschedule your party anytime you would like -provided that we 'll have availabilities- within the next 3 months.
